TICKET RULES AND ACCESS:
- The festival operates a strict Challenge 25 policy. You must present valid ID at the wristband exchange. You cannot go to the campsite first and return with ID later.
- *Under-18s must be unaccompanied on site. All youth (16–17) and child (under 16) ticket holders must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older
- Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband at the main entrance on first entry. Wristbands are strictly non-transferable
- Children aged 4 or under go free but must be accompanied by a paying ticket-holder aged 18+
- No Refunds except in the case of full event cancellation
- Fake IDs will be confiscated, handed over to the Police, and entry will be refused
VEHICLE AND CAMPING:
- For Electric and Non-Electric Caravan/Campervan pitches, your setup must not exceed 9m in length x 7m in width (including awnings). One ticket is valid for exactly one pitch.
- No personal generators or running engines are permitted to create power (the only exception is pre-installed, built-in campervan generators)
- Solar power is allowed for non-electric pitches
BANNED ITEMS AND ARENA RESTRICTIONS:
- Glass bottles/containers, airhorns, fireworks, flares, Chinese lanterns, megaphones, sound systems, spray cans, high-vis jackets/tabards, and illegal substances are banned
- Campfires and burning any materials (plastics, tents, furniture) are strictly prohibited across the entire sitE
- You cannot take your own food and drink, cans, disposable BBQs, or campsite stoves into the main arena
- No pets are allowed on site, except for registered guide or hearing dogs
