Voucher Refunds
We offer a 14-day no-quibble refund policy on vouchers, as long as:
- You request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- The voucher has not been used or redeemed.
If these conditions are met, we will process a full refund to your original payment method, and the voucher will be voided and no longer valid for use.
Event Tickets and Time-Sensitive Experiences
Refunds for event tickets or date-specific experiences are generally not available unless:
- The event is cancelled.
- The event is significantly changed (e.g., headline act changes, venue changes).
- The event is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date.
We will contact you directly with options if an event you’ve booked is affected.

Processing Your Refund
Once your refund is approved, we will process it as quickly as possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds if:
- The voucher has already been used or partially used.
- You request a refund after the 14-day window has passed (unless required by law).
- The voucher has expired and was not used before the expiry date.
