How do I receive my voucher?
After completing your purchase, your voucher will be emailed to you instantly as a QR code to your email address. You can also access it anytime by logging into your account and going to “My Orders.”
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period for refunds, as long as the voucher hasn’t been used or redeemed. For event tickets or experiences, different terms may apply – please refer to the specific offer details.
Do I need to book in advance to use my voucher?
Some offers require advance booking, while others can be used by simply showing up with your voucher. Each voucher clearly states the redemption instructions, so always double-check before you go.
Who do I contact if I need help?
If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us via our contact form or email. Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm, and we aim to reply within 48 hours.
Can I use more than one voucher at a time?
