These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

1. Formation of Contract

This Website acts as an online platform offering a range of products for purchase (“Products”). When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase Products in accordance with these Terms. A legally binding contract will only be formed once we issue confirmation of your order.

Products available through the Website may include:

  • Physical items, such as clothing or merchandise (“Physical Products”);
  • Vouchers, which can be redeemed with third-party providers for goods or services, often at a discounted rate (“Vouchers”); and
  • Digital or non-physical items, including electronic tickets or downloadable content (“Digital Products”).

2. Eligibility and Your Assurances

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you are legally able to enter into a binding contract;
  • you are purchasing as a consumer and not in the course of business;
  • you are aged 18 or over;
  • you reside in, and are accessing the Website from, the United Kingdom; and
  • you agree to comply with these Terms.

We do not guarantee that Products are available outside the UK. If you attempt to purchase from outside the UK, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws and redemption requirements.

3. Our Role and Third-Party Suppliers

Certain Products displayed on this Website are sold and fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”). Where this applies, you will be redirected to the Supplier’s website to complete your purchase. In such cases, your contract is directly with the Supplier and subject to their own terms and conditions. Nation is not a party to that contract.

For Vouchers and selected Physical or Digital Products sold directly through this Website, payment is taken by Nation and the contract is formed between you and us (“Nation Products”). However, where a Voucher is redeemed with a Supplier, the Supplier is solely responsible for providing the goods or services.

Any additional conditions imposed by a Supplier (such as redemption deadlines or usage restrictions) will apply and may be shown on the Voucher or communicated separately. By purchasing, you agree to both these Terms and any applicable Supplier terms.

Nation accepts no responsibility for the quality, suitability, or delivery of goods or services provided by Suppliers when redeeming a Voucher.

4. Accounts and Security

You may be required to create an account to purchase Products. During registration, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information and create a secure password (“Account Details”).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account Details and for all activity carried out under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Nation is not responsible for losses arising from misuse of your Account Details. You must not use another person’s account without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately if we believe there has been misuse, breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour harmful to the Website or other users.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we may offer an alternative, re-process the order, or cancel it. If payment has already been taken, you will receive a refund.

We accept payment via debit or credit card and, where applicable, third-party payment providers such as PayPal.

7. Delivery

Delivery arrangements depend on whether Products are supplied by Nation or by a Supplier.

  • Physical Products are typically dispatched within 28 days.
  • Products may arrive separately.

Digital Products and Vouchers are delivered electronically via email. You are responsible for having the necessary technology to receive and print them.
