Follow the instructions on your voucher to book directly with the provider (if required). If no booking is needed, simply bring your voucher with you on the day.

How to Purchase a Voucher
Found an offer you love? Click the ‘Add to Basket’ button to move to our secure payment page. Act quickly — each offer is only available in limited quantities!
After purchase, your voucher will be sent to your email right away. Download the PDF and print it, or access it anytime by logging into your account and visiting the ‘My Orders’ section. From there, you can download and save your voucher for easy printing, which includes all the redemption details you need.
Redeeming Your Voucher
To use your voucher, get in touch directly with the provider to book (if needed). You’ll need your unique Voucher Code and Security Code, both of which are clearly displayed on your voucher. In some cases, no advance booking is necessary — just bring your voucher along when you go.
Buying More Than One Voucher
You’re welcome to buy multiple vouchers! However, most partners only allow one voucher per person per visit. Want to gift an experience? Vouchers make fantastic presents too! Just check the specific terms and conditions on each offer page for any restrictions.
Offer Expiry Dates
Each voucher clearly displays its expiry date both online and on the voucher itself. Make sure to use it before the date shown, or contact the provider to arrange your booking within that period. Once a voucher has expired, it cannot be used or refunded.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase and haven’t redeemed your voucher, you’re entitled to a full refund. Simply reach out to us — we’re happy to help.
Please note, this refund policy does not apply to events (such as festivals, shows, or gigs) unless they are cancelled, significantly changed, or postponed. Specific refund details will always be outlined in the voucher’s terms and conditions.

Using Promo Codes
Promo codes can only be used during the period specified and are valid on selected offers. Full details are always included in any promotional messages or on the voucher page.
To use a code, add your chosen product to the basket. At checkout, enter the promo code in the ‘Discount Codes’ box and click ‘Apply Coupon.’ You’ll see your discount applied right away before completing payment.
