To get the top scores, tag your opponents, dodge their beams, and outmanoeuvre friends, family or colleagues.

You can buy up to a maximum of five vouchers if you don’t fancy playing alone.

PLAYER REQUIREMENTS & RESTRICTIONS

  • Food and drink cannot be brought on site, but can be purchased at the centre
  • Disrespectful, threatening, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated
  • This voucher is unsuitable for children under the age of 7
  • No climbing on the scenery, crouching, or lying down
  • You must arrive 10 minutes before your first game
  • No running or physical contact with other players
  • Each voucher / code is valid for one person
  • You must wear flat gripped footwear

 

BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • If you need to reschedule your session, you have to get approval from the management, and it depends on availability and how much notice you give
  • If they can’t change it, your booking is cancelled and the money isn’t refunded, though they might offer a credit note in extreme cases
  • If you bring fewer players on the day than the minimum you originally booked for, Laserzone reserves the right to not refund you
  • Cancelled bookings won’t be refunded unless it’s down to the venue closing
  • This offer must be redeemed and used by Wednesday 31st March 2027
  • Some games could be delayed. Late arrivals will not be refunded
  • Changes to your booking must be notified 24 hours before
  • You can buy up to a maximum of five vouchers at any one time
  • This cannot be combined with any other offer or discount
  • No cash value and cannot be resold

 

SUPERVISION & MEDICAL

  • Staff members will be on hand to ensure correct use of equipment, provide first aid facilities, and implement centre rules
  • LaserZone does not provide supervision services to children using the centre
  • Any medical conditions need to be reported to staff when you arrive
  • Supervising adults are responsible for their children at all times
  • Smoking is not allowed within the building at all times
